Mini Meatball Subs


 2-3 meatballs per sub (recipe from this blog)
Marinara (recipe from this blog)
Butter, sofented
Parmesan Cheese, shredded
Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
Garlic Salt (Lawrys is the best brand I think)
Multi Grain Thin Buns

Place a single layer of Thin Buns on a baking sheet (I use stoneware) spread lightly with butter, sprinkle with garlic salt, than mozzarella cheese, then parmesan cheese. Broil for about 2 min. until cheese is melty. Put a little marinara in the middle of the bun, then 2 or 3 meatballs. Fold bun around meatballs and put a little more marinara on top. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
