Autumn Pork Chops


 4 Pork Chops (however you like them...thick,thin,bone,boneless)
Veggie Oil
10 oz. Can Cream of Celery Soup
½ C. Apple Juice
2 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard (I don't love dijon so I use regular)
1 Tbsp. Honey

Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Add chops and brown. Remove chops from pan. In the same pan with the drippings add soup, apple juice, mustard, and honey. Mix well and heat to a boil. Return chops to pan. Cook about 10 more min.
