Hash Brown Quiche


24oz. Frozen Hash Browns (shredded works best)
2C. Cheddar Cheese, grated
2C. Swiss Cheese, grated
2C. Ham, diced and cooked
2/3 C. Milk
6 Eggs, beaten
½ Tsp. Season Salt (Bon Apetit or Lawrys are best)


Grease 9x13 baking dish. Spread potatoes on bottom. Layer Cheese. Layer Ham. Sprinkle with season salt. Top with milk and egg mixture. Salt and Pepper to taste.
Can add mushrooms or bell peppers if preferred.
