1lb. Ground Beef (I use Ground Turkey)
10 slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled
8 oz. Package Cheddar Cheese
2 Large Eggs, lightly beaten
¼ C. Mayo
¼ C. Breadcrumbs
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
¼ Tsp. Salt
¼ Tsp. Pepper
1/3 C. Ketchup
2 Tbsp. Mustard
3 oz. French Fried Onion
Combine meat, crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar, eggs, mayo, breadcrumbs, worcestershire, salt, pepper. Mix well. In a small bowl combine ketchup and mustard. Stir ¼ C. ketchup and mustard mixture into meat mixture. Press meat mixture into a loaf pan (9x5x3) Spread remaining ketchup and mustard mixture over top of meat mixture. Bake 40 min. at 350 degrees. Top with french fried onions. Bake another 10 -15 min. or until meat is no longer pink.
FREEZABLE: Using the "Freezer How To" guidelines make meatloaf all except for topping with French Fried Onions. Freeze and store for later use. Allow to defrost in Fridge and cook according to recipe directions adding French Fried Onions at the end:)
